I aim to provide a highly-effective and professional therapy service for individuals in central London. I have extensive experience of working with a wide range of psychological, emotional and relationship issues.
As a clinical psychologist, I am experienced in using a number of different therapeutic approaches. This allows me the freedom to select the best possible approach for each client that I work with, based on a detailed understanding of the specific problems that the client is facing, whilst simultaneously being guided by research identifying the most effective form of treatment. However, I firmly believe that for therapy to be effective, it must also be based on a solid therapeutic relationship in which the client feels listened to, respected and understood. This is at the very core of how I approach therapy.
Over the course of my career as a psychologist, I have worked exclusively in the field of adult mental health. My experience is therefore 'broad', in terms of the different types of problem that people experience, but it is also 'deep', in the sense that I have worked with most types of problem with many different clients. For examples of the types of issues that I have worked with, please see below.
If you would like to meet with me for therapy, we would start by arranging an initial consultation session where you would have the opportunity to ask me any questions that you might have about therapy, my approach, or anything else that would be helpful for you to know. If you then wished to proceed with therapy, we would look to book a regular weekly appointment.
I am registered with all the major health insurance providers who will usually cover the full cost of therapy sessions, in accordance with their respective terms and conditions.
