Chartered Clinical Psychologist
I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist and ACT Therapist offering private psychological therapy for individuals, couples, and families, in central London.
I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of East London and I have worked within the NHS for ten years where I am currently employed as a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist.
I am registered as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS), as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and as an ACT Therapist with the Association of Contextual Behavioural Science (ACBS).
I aim to provide a professional and effective therapy service for people who are experiencing either a recognised mental health problem or other psychological, emotional, or relationship issues.
How I Work
I adapt the approach that I use to the individual needs of each person that I work with, in accordance with their personal objectives for therapy. I work exclusively using an evidence-based form of therapy known as ACT, taking into account the most recent research findings for the relevant presenting problem.
I am committed to working with people in a professional, honest, open, and effective manner. My overall objective is to assist people in creating better lives for themselves, in which they enjoy a greater sense of personal meaning and fulfilment.
